Rebekah Domer
Since my upbringing at the Woodcrest Bruderhof in New York, life has taken me on diverse assignments, from the Nigerian jungles to the Kansas plains. Highlights of my early life included caring for my sister with Down Syndrome until her death, and learning to see life from new perspectives as I journeyed with my dad through his final years with Alzheimer’s. These experiences prepared me for my current work of spiritually supporting the dying, a role I have carried out in various settings in both America and the UK. On the side I enjoy time in nature – walking the pebbled seafront, chalk cliffs, and rolling hills of England where I currently live. I am an avid watercolor artist and enjoy using my creative talents to capture the beauty of the earth around us.
