An Image to Stop Intellectual Debate

September 4, 2015 by

In Europe, there is much debate about what to do with the migrants who are fleeing their homelands in hope of safety for their families. Some say that we should we have quotas, some say we should make the benefits system less attractive so they don’t want to come, others say we must improve the situation in their own countries.

And then there is this:

But there is also this: “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these, you did for me” (Matthew 25:40). Don't we need to stop the intellectual debate and simply start caring?
